// Cloud & DevOps Engineer
Computer Engineering student passionate about building scalable cloud infrastructure and automating IT pipelines. Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD — turning complexity into elegant automation.
// 01 — Who I Am
Hi, I'm Tirth Harshadkumar Modh — an aspiring Cloud & DevOps Engineer currently in my final year of B.Tech Computer Engineering at Hansaba College of Engineering & Technology, Gokul Global University.
I have strong foundations in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Linux, and Web Development. I'm passionate about building scalable cloud-based solutions and automating IT infrastructure — making systems faster, more reliable, and easier to manage.
I completed a 4-month internship at Infopulse Tech, where I worked on real AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation across multiple environments. I'm trilingual — fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
// 02 — What I Know
// 03 — Work Experience
Completed a hands-on internship focused on cloud infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD automation, and deploying scalable applications across real-time AWS environments.
Undergoing intensive hands-on training in modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure, building strong practical foundations across the full DevOps toolchain.
// 04 — Academic Background
// 05 — What I've Built
Architected and deployed a full three-tier web application on AWS — separating Presentation, Application, and Data layers across distinct EC2 instances and VPC subnets. Used MongoDB Atlas as the managed database layer with secure VPC peering, load balancers for the web tier, and IAM roles scoped per layer for least-privilege access.
Built an automated end-to-end CI/CD pipeline using Bitbucket Pipelines to deploy a static website. On every push to the main branch, the pipeline automatically builds and deploys the site to an AWS S3 static hosting bucket with CloudFront CDN invalidation — zero manual deployments.
Built a dynamic e-commerce application and deployed it to a full production-grade AWS environment using EKS, ECR, and Docker — all wired together through a Bitbucket CI/CD pipeline. The pipeline containerises the app, pushes images to ECR, and rolls out to EKS with zero downtime.
Implemented a secure architecture to expose a private MongoDB instance in a VPC only through a bastion host using SSH tunnelling. Configured ~/.ssh/config host alias mappings to allow developers to connect to MongoDB with a single, clean command — no public exposure of the database.
Designed and developed a full-stack Hospital Management System to automate hospital operations — patient registration, appointment scheduling, doctor management, billing, and medical record tracking. Implemented role-based authentication for Admin, Doctors, and Staff with secure database management for patient histories and report generation.
